IMPORTANT! About Registering at WZR…

Posted by Mitchell Jones on Jul 4, 2008

It’s been brought to our attention that some people have been unable to log in to their brand new, FREE accounts with WZR due to not receiving e-mails from us, containing their new password.

When registering to the site, please remember:

Use a valid e-mail address - Sounds simple enough, but some people choose to submit false e-mail addresses for security reasons, or simply make small typo’s that mean we can’t send your password out to you. In order to join WZR, you MUST use a valid, working e-mail address otherwise we can’t contact you to send your details. You can get a free e-mail account from Windows Live Hotmail and Googlemail.

Check your junk folders - It’s rare, but can happen; some e-mail clients choose to send our e-mails to your junk mail folders. Make sure you check them, just in case. If it is a case of our messages ending up there, you can choose to save our e-mail address and all future e-mails will go straight to your Inbox in the future.

Be patient - Sometimes, the server simply takes a little longer than usual to get your details to you. If you don’t receive anything within 30 minutes or so, e-mail me: mitchell.jones[at]wzrradio.com and I’ll try and sort you out as quickly as possible.
